About EB5 Impact Capital

US Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) issued an exemplar approval to EB5 Impact Capital Regional Center for the eight counties that comprise Southern California and Southern Nevada on July 27, 2015. A copy of our Regional Center Designation letter can be found here.

On July 27, 2015, EB5 Impact Capital Regional Center LLC received United States Customs & Immigration Service (USCIS) exemplar approval (I-924 approval) for the Front Sight Resort & Vacation Club development located in the Las Vegas area. This project approval can be found in the regional center designation letter noted above.
