  • A Regional Center is a legal entity that has been approved to operate as a federally approved regional center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) ;
  • A Regional Center focuses on a specific geographic area within the United States ;

    The benefits of EB5 Impact Capital Regional Center LLC include:

  • EICRC has received exemplar approval from the USCIS and therefore our investors receive high deference on their I-526 petitions .
  • Targeted employment areas (TEA ) that permit the lower capital investment of $ 500,000.
  • Allows the use of economic impact analyses that include direct, indirect and induced employment, thus making it much easier to prove the creation of at least 10 jobs.
  • No arrears of contributions such as those found in many other employment programs and visa sponsorship.
